Gabicci Vintage Collection 2012
One label that doesn’t get nearly enough love from us is the Italian inspired Gabicci. Where Farah and Fred Perry tended to clad the mod and post mod clubbers, it was the 70s Northern Soul scene which lent its backdrop to Gabicci’s coastal creations.
Although never quite gone entirely, Gabicci isn’t exactly on the tongues of today’s young dressers. This latest 2012 vintage line may aim to change that. Authentic retro is the game here, with designs looking like they came right off the floor of the Twisted Wheel.
Those who get it, will get it. Everyone else will simply assume you’re doing a wicked “Kramer.” Either way, you win. Available this spring.
